Called Direct Housing – Natural Disaster and referred to as Program #10.445 in the Catalog of Federal Domestic Assistance, this program assists qualified lower income rural families to meet emergency assistance needs resulting from natural disaster to buy, build, rehabilitate, or improve dwellings in rural areas.
