Called the Community Development Block Grants/Special Purpose Grants/Insular Areas and referred to as Program #14.255 in the Catalog of Federal Domestic Assistance, this program provides grants that can be used for housing and community development in the Pacific Islands of American Samoa, Guam, the Northern Mariana Islands, and the Virgin Islands in the Caribbean.
