He was asking for over $100,000 to help buy a plane that he said that he was going to use for passengers and crop dusting. HE WAS ELIGIBLE FOR THE MONEY. They did not give it to him because they thought the idea was too strange.
But here was a person that came over to this country plotting to kill thousands of U.S. citizens and he was eligible to get government money. If he was eligible, you should certainly be eligible too.
