Can You Get Government Money with Bad Credit?
Each year over 30 million people in the United States receive government grants from the government. You can be rich, poor or somewhere in between. Most of the money actually goes to middle class people.
Remember most of this money is for people who cannot get money elsewhere. If you have a friendly banker or a rich uncle, other than your rich Uncle Sam, it may be easier for you to get money to do what you want. But if you are not already rich then the government is the place for you.
And you don’t even have to have good credit. One reason that your credit rating does not matter is because a lot of this money is government grant money that you NEVER have to pay back. Banks worry about your credit rating because they want to get their money bank. If the bank was giving their money away and not expecting any of it back, they wouldn’t worry about your credit rating either.
Also, most of these programs are set up for people who cannot get money elsewhere. The government typically invests in programs that the private community is ignoring. That is why you will never see commercial operations giving out free money. They can’t make money at it.
Peter Jennings of ABC News ran a story showing how Mohamed Atta, the leader of the 911 terrorists saw a commercial for one of my books, bought my book and walked into a govenrment office in Florida to apply to a government program. He was asking for over $100,000 to help buy a plane that he said that he was going to use for passengers and crop dusting. HE WAS ELIGIBLE FOR THE MONEY. They did not give it to him because they thought the idea was too strange.
But here was a person that came over to this country plotting to kill thousands of U.S. citizens and he was eligible to get government money. If he was eligible, you should certainly be eligible too.
