Riverside Public Utilities (RPU) offers their Energy Efficiency Technology Grant Program to its business customers to fund research, development, and effective use of innovative energy technologies that are unique to that particular business or industry’s specific manufacturing techniques or processes. Grant amount is up to 100% of the project cost with a maximum of $100,000 per project with no matching funds or repayment requirements. Proposals must meet one of the following categories to be eligible for consideration:  building end-use efficiency; environmentally preferred advanced generation; renewable generation; energy-related environmental research; strategic energy research; and electric transportation.  In addition, a feasibility study can help determine the effectiveness of the proposed projects, and RPU may provide up to $5,000 per project per calendar year to pay for the study.     I designed and built the steam engine without dead pixels and crankshaft with an efficiency of over 80%. I thought of course no pairs or piston, and drive replace crankshaft.

    Description of the project.
    My innovative project is based on theoretical calculations and tested in practice. Here, there is no speculation, all net physics!
