The program objective is to improve the quality and quantity of knowledge about crime and the criminal justice system, and increase the number of persons who are qualified to teach in collegiate criminal justice programs, to conduct research related to criminal justice issues, and to perform more effectively within the criminal justice system. Students can receive a fellowship for a year.?
