Medical Students Get up to $4,000 to Better the Public

The foundation provides financial assistance to students enrolled in recognized schools or institutions of medical education and to promote the betterment of public health through financial support of scientific and medical research. The Health Literacy Grant Program provides $500 to $4,000 for programs that promote clearer communication between patients and their physicians and other healthcare providers. The Seed Grant Research Program awards $1,500 to $2,500 to medical students and residents to help them conduct small projects in applied and clinical research.
